Nutrition coaching

This one-month nutrition coaching program is designed to help you optimize your health and feel empowered in your body. Through four weekly 1:1 sessions, we’ll take a deep dive into your current eating habits, lifestyle, and health goals.You’ll receive hands-on support, accountability, and education as we implement targeted dietary shifts to improve energy, mood, sleep, and overall vitality.

As part of the program, you’ll use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to gain real-time insight into your body’s unique response to food. This data allows us to stabilize your blood sugar, support hormone balance, and make personalized adjustments that work for your body — not against it. You’ll also learn how to make evidence-based dietary choices that can naturally lower cholesterol and reduce inflammation.
