Our Nervous System Regulation sessions are a guided reset for your mind and body — designed to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life. Over the course of a month, we’ll work together through four personalized sessions to identify what’s keeping your nervous system in a state of stress, and gently shift you into balance. 


We’ll begin with a comprehensive consultation where you’ll share your current stress levels, daily routine, sleep patterns, and lifestyle habits. From there, we’ll co-create a plan to support your well-being from the inside out. You’ll learn practical, science-backed tools — including breathwork, HeartMath-based meditation, and daily habit optimization — to naturally regulate your nervous system and build long-term resilience.
